This learning programme provides basic communication skills for all learners beginning a profession in the motor industry. The qualification covers the basic communication requirements for the motor industry.

You will need to complete three tasks:

  • Reading and Understanding 
  • Writing 
  • Speaking and Listening

The qualification is assessed by portfolio.
